Research Thursday: What do nurses think of the changes needed to achieve the Baby-Friendly designation?

Oh, how I enjoyed reading this paper! I felt like this was a walk down memory lane thinking back to the struggles we had trying to get to the Baby-Friendly award. It is so important to have a study like this where these thoughts are written down. I think this paper would be helpful for hospital leaders to read before heading on the Baby-Friendly journey.
