What's the diagnosis?

A mother brings her 2-month-old infant in for a checkup and vaccinations. She asks about the dry patch on her infant’s head. The baby is exclusively breastfeeding and is otherwise well. The mother has made no changes to her diet. Soaps and detergents the family are using have not changed since birth.
